The Palmetto State Leadership Development Department serves the state in bringing resources, training and opportunities for growth to the Churches, Pastors, Ministers, Leaders and Members in the state. LDD exists to ENCOURAGE, EQUIP and EMPOWER leaders and potential leaders so they can ENGAGE their church and community with the Gospel more EFFECTIVELY.
