I believe that the State of South Carolina Children’s Ministry is an important and valuable part of our churches. This ministry is a great way to grow our churches, train up volunteers, reach family members with the gospel of Jesus Christ and build disciples for the Kingdom of God. The Word of God shows that children are important to God, as well. If it were not so, God would not have us teach our children in His ways and commands. Jesus also demonstrated how important children are by rebuking His disciples and having the children brought to Him to pray over them. Children are life in the church and those of us serving in Children’s Ministry all over the State of South Carolina are preparing the next generation to continue in the call of God by preaching, teaching, and reaching the lost with the gospel of Jesus Christ and building the Kingdom of God long after we are gone.
South Carolina Children’s Ministry will reflect the heart of Jesus by loving others as He has loved us and to reach the state of South Carolina for Jesus Christ.
“To Pray” – teaching SC Children and Children’s Ministry Staff to pray and seek after Jesus; and to build a relationship with Him
“To Steward” – teaching SC Children and Children’s Ministry Staff how to take care of kids in a Godly way
“To Develop” – teaching and discipling SC Children and Children’s Ministry Staff how to live the principles of the Word of God
“To Love” – teaching kids how to love like Christ
“To Turn to the Harvest” – teaching SC Children and Children’s Ministry Staff to serve each other and reach their communities and friends; so that, the Great Commission may be fulfilled
